Ø Seven is a character revealed as part of the Pixel Tactics Covert Ops minipack and battlecon online. The Ø represents a 'null morpheme' - a Linguistic term to represent a phonologically null affix - and is not pronounced, therefore her name is just said as "Seven". 

Story

Ø Seven is a member of the Willati Special Operations team. Very little more is known about her at this point.

Appearance

They appear young and feminine. They have pure white skin and hair, that changes depending on their emotion, black eyes that stay the same except for the pupils, and they wear a pure white gown that doesn't change either.

In BattleCon online, their other skins feature "chimera entity seven" a younger version wearing a gown and colored spirits coming up around her, and "elite seven" a seemingly older version wearing the gown, and a large sun hat. with colors coming out floating from her hands(?)

in BattleCon online she seems to have the ability to change her emotions at will, and become stronger due to her emotions. hitting them will upgrade the card (a total of one upgrade per card) that was used, and make her more dangerous than before, with her upgraded cards being more extreme.
